A speciality of ours, we undertake servicing and overhaul of all makes and model of wrist and pocket watches, including vintage items.

We have a fully accredited Rolex trained watchmaker, and can service all Rolex models which includes a full refurbishment of the case and bracelet; subject to any parts requirements we are usually able to complete this service, to Rolex standard and fully guaranteed, within 2-3 weeks.

All other quality makes are catered for, including Breitling, Cartier, IWC, Longines, Omega, Tag Heuer, Tissot etc...

We are an official service reception for Swatch group products, so look after any Omega, Longines, Tissot etc that need to be returned to the manufacturer.

A full service and overhaul typically includes removing the movement from the case, stripping down and cleaning all movement and case components, including crown and pushers. Reassembly, lubrication, replacement of excessively worn parts, gaskets and seals. When completed the timepiece is regulated and tested for several days on a rotating automatic winding machine, it will not come out of the workshop until the performance is at the optimum level for that particular make, model or age.

We offer the option of replacing the glass and crown when worn or damaged, a full dial restoration service as well as polishing and refinishing the case and bracelet. We also have a large selection of fine quality leather and fabric straps to complete the service!

On water resistant models the watch will be pressure tested to an appropriate depth. Please note that on many older models water resistance can no longer be guaranteed, although this will be advised and seals and gaskets are always replaced where possible.

A twelve month guarantee is given with the vast majority of services (on some vintage and antique timepieces that are extremely worn we are only able to offer a six month guarantee).
